What is the Recruitment Project?

The Recruitment Project is a long term, multifaceted project to address the chronic skills shortage and recruitment issues in the arb industry.

We want enough workers for the workload, the right skills for the tasks, and the security that we can support and grow our industry for generations to come.

The Recruitment Project is ambitious. We expect we'll need multiple subprojects to support our ultimate goal of

a safer, smarter and sustainable arb industry.

Arb Aus™ will coordinate the project, but we’ll need your help to turn ideas into implementation. We're committed to the Recruitment Project, we hope you will be too.

What can I do?

Everyone can contribute to the Recruitment Project. Your knowledge, time and support will all make a difference. You can:

  1. Provide your FEEDBACK. Your experience and knowledge will help us focus our resources where they're needed most.

  2. SUBSCRIBE to the Recruitment Project Network. Stay updated on subprojects and progress.

  3. JOIN the project. Help us make a difference by directly contributing to the project and the solution.
